DEGADUR® 117
Low-viscous methacrylte resin for manufacturing of 2-component adhesive primer for metal surfaces and ceramic tiles.
Degadur® 117 is a reactive methacrylate resin which hardens rapidly even at low temperatures.
Primer Degadur® 117 may only be processed with hardener. The amount of hardener can be adjusted to the surface temperature of substrate to be coated (see below table).
Application method: with squeegee and rollers.
Consumption: ca 400 g/m2.
It is advisable to sprinkle Degadur® 117 light before curing (quartz sand 0,3 – 0,8 mm, max 200g/m2).

Laboratory values. Temperature is reffering to the binder, the floor and the air temperature. Approximate values, in practice there are deviations in the workplace.
