ERADUR® ESD FLEXBEL

Product type

Two-component, solvent-free, pigmented epoxy coating. The product is anti-static, semi-elastic, and the coating prevents and dissipates static electricity.

Application areas

Coatings on failing substrates, chipboard, asphalt, etc. where you need to
counteract anti-static charging. It also provides some sound/vibration damping on treadplate.

Properties

It provides an elastic and impact resistant coating with good abrasion resistance. Suitable for surfaces with heavy traffic where the substrate is e.g. industrial asphalt, floorboard, etc.
Chemical resistance is average. The surface is semi-hard and therefore slightly more dirt-prone than hard epoxy surfaces. The product has a marginally greater tendency to yellowing.
It is flexible with reactive components (ie the adhesive is flexible),
which gives the material a permanent elasticity and long service life.
The adhesion to concrete and most other substrates is very good. emits
no odor or flavoring is not flammable.

Application temperature

Application temp (floor temp): 15-25 °C. (RF < 80%)

Pot life

Pot life after mixing is approximately 40 min, depending on the temperature.

Curing time

24-48 hours for pedestrians and lower loading (depending on temperature). 5-7 days for complete curing and resistance.

Mixing ratios

2,66 parts by weight of ERADUR ESD FLEXIBEL, Comp A (15 kg)
1 part by weight of ERADUR ESD FLEXIBEL, Comp B (4,1 kg)
ERADUR is a two-component product, and an insufficient mixing will result in partially incomplete curing. Mix for several minutes with a machine just before the application, make sure that all material in the bottom and rim of the container is properly mixed.
Keep the exact mixing ratio between component A and B.
All materials should preferably have ambient temperature before use.

Safety

Wear safety goggles and protective clothing during mixing and application. Read the label and safety data sheet before using the product.
