ERADUR® PU SL
Product type: Two-component, solvent-free, flexible polyurethane pulp.
Application areas: Coatings for concrete but also asphalt, Flintcoat, particle board etc.
Flexible, self-leveling solid (joint-free) coatings 2-6 mm.
Pigmented sand coatings 3-12 mm.
Thick film painting of 0.3-1 mm.
Sealing layer under epoxy pulp.
Properties:

• Elastic formulation with crack bridging (0.4 mm) properties.
• Wear-resistant, high impact strength.
• Good resistance to most industrial chemicals, including organic acids.
• Limited resistance to organic solvents.
• Darkens and yellows in UV light.
• Does not emit odors or flavors, is not flammable.

Application temperature: Provides safe and trouble-free curing between 10-30 ° C.
Is sensitive to high humidity during application and curing, RH <85%. Pot life: Pot life after mixing with PU SL, A +B is approximately 30 min. Curing time: 24 hours for pedestrians. 2-3 days for lower loading. 5 days for complete curing and resistance. Mixing ratios: ERADUR PU SL, Comp A (16 kg) ERADUR PU SL, Comp B (3,5 kg) (Usually a Comp C is used for self-leveling epoxy coatings, this is not needed when using Polyurethane pulp.) ERADUR is a two-component product, and an insufficient mixing will result in partially incomplete curing. Mix for several minutes with a machine just before the application, make sure that all material in the bottom and rim of the container is properly mixed. Keep the exact mixing ratio between component A and B. All materials should preferably have ambient temperature before use. Safety: Wear safety goggles and protective clothing during mixing and application. Read the label and safety data sheet before using the product.
