ERADUR® TOPPLACK PU MATT
Product type: Two-component water- and polyurethane-based seal / topcoat with low VOC content that cures to a matte durable surface. Does not turn yellow and is UV resistant. Available as uncolored or pigmented.
Application areas: Matt varnish and protective coating for polyurethane and epoxy coatings.
Properties:

  • Exceptionally good abrasion resistant topcoat.
  • Good light resistance and UV resistance.
  • Water-borne with a discreet smell.
  • Increases the cleaning-durability of polyurethane floors.
  • Provides scratch resistance to epoxy coatings.
  • Good resistance to heel marks.
  • Good resistance to industrial chemicals, including organic acids.

Application temperature: Application temp (floor temp): 10-30 °C.
Curing time: 8-16 hours before the application of coating or painting.
16-24 hours for pedestrians and lower loading (depending on temperature). 2-6 days for complete curing and resistance.
Mixing ratios: 5 parts by weight of ERADUR TOPPLACK PU MATT, Comp A (4,0 kg)
1 part by weight of ERADUR TOPPLACK PU MATT, Comp B (0,8 kg)
Stir the base before adding a hardener. Mix base and hardener at least 3 minutes before adding any (depending on substrate) water, 5%, continue mixing about 1 minute after adding water. Add the same amount of water to avoid shine variation. The humidity must not exceed 75% RF during curing and the surface must be at least 3 ° C above the dew point. Potlife: about 40 minutes at 20 ° C.
Safety: Wear safety goggles and protective clothing during mixing and application. Read the label and safety data sheet before using the product.
