ECRYL® PRIMER
Low-viscous methacrylate resin for manufacturing of 2-component adhesive primer for concrete and cement screeds.
Ecryl® Primer is a reactive methacrylate resin which hardens rapidly even at low temperatures.
Ecryl® Primer may only be processed with hardener. The amount of hardener can be adjusted to the surface temperature of substrate to be coated (see below table).
Application method: with squeegee and rollers.
Consumption: ca 400 g/m2 (depending on the absorbency of the substrate).
A second prmer coat is necessary on extremely absorbent substrates. It is advisable to sprinkle Ecryl® Primer lightly before curing ( quartz sand 0,3 – 0,8 mm. 200 g/m2).

Laboratory values. Temperature is reffering to the binder, the floor and the air temperature. Approximate values, in practice there are deviations in the workplace.
