ERADUR® PARKINGTOP
Product type: Two-component, solvent-free, pigmented polyurethane pulp.
Application areas: self-leveling solid (seamless) coatings of 2-6 mm.
Pigmented sand coatings of 3-12 mm.
Thick film painting of 0.3-1 mm on concrete substrate
Properties:

  • Good mechanical properties.
  • Good resistance to industrial chemicals.
  • Good resistance to strong inorganic and organic acids.
  • Heat resistant, TG> 110 ° C, withstands hot water and steam cleaning. Darkens and yellows in UV light.
  • Does not emit odors or flavors, is not flammable.

Application temperature: Provides a safe and trouble-free curing between 10-30 ° C.
Is sensitive to high humidity during application and curing.
RF <85% (20 ° C). Pot life: Pot life after mixing is approximately 30 min. Curing time: 8-16 hours for pedestrians. 2-3 days for lower loading. 3 days for complete curing and resistance. Mixing ratios: ERADUR PARKINGTOP, Comp A (15 kg) ERADUR PARKINGTOP, Comp B (4,5 kg) ERADUR is a two-component product, and an insufficient mixing will result in partially incomplete curing. Mix for several minutes with a machine just before the application, make sure that all material in the bottom and rim of the container is properly mixed. Keep the exact mixing ratio between component A and B. All materials should preferably have ambient temperature before use.
