DEGADUR\u00ae 112
\nLow viscous methacrylate primer for dry substrates of concrete and cement.
\nDegadur\u00ae 115 is used for damp\/moist substrates.
\nDegadur\u00ae 112 is usually applied with rubber squeegee and roller after the addition of curing powder.
\nThe consumption depends on the ground, normal consumption of 0.3\u20130.6 kg \/ m\u00b2.
\nFor extremely absorbent substrates, it is necessary to apply Degadur \u00ae 112 in two layers.
\nDEGADUR\u00ae 112 should be sprinkled lightly before curing with quartz sand 0.3 – 0.8 mm, max. 200 g \/ m\u00b2).
\nDegadur\u00ae 112 cures quickly and safely after the addition of curing powder. Some chemical substances and pollutants can interfere with the curing process. In the table below, the amount of hardener can be seen as high and working hours short. This is to ensure that the curing is achieved effectively.
\nDegadur\u00ae 112 is formulated for an application temperature between +5 & +30 \u00b0 C.
\nAt temperatures below 0 \u00b0 C, Degadur\u00ae Accelerator 101 must be used (About 0.5% at 0 \u00b0 C and up to 3% at -30 \u00b0 C) and maintaining the amount of curing powder to 6 weight per cent.
