Can be filled with<br \/>\nballast and fibre-reinforced.<\/p>\n<h2>Color<\/h2>\n<p>Due to high intrinsic color and yellowing, the product is suitable for use in<br \/>\nyellow tones. Suitable colors are e.g. silica, sandy brown, watery green, etc. see<br \/>\ncolor chart.<br \/>\nApplication areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Intended for surfaces subjected to heavy mechanical and high chemical<\/li>\n<li>loads of solvents but also of other industrial chemicals.<\/li>\n<li>Floor coatings on exposed surfaces (self-leveling: 3 &#8211; 6 mm).<\/li>\n<li>Wall covering as fibre-reinforced laminate.<\/li>\n<li>Coating of protective pools, tanks and cisterns.<\/li>\n<li>Withstand continuous load. See separate chemical resistance table.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Properties<\/h2>\n<p>It provides a hard, dense and durable surface that can be adapted to the<br \/>\nrequirements of slip protection. The adhesion to concrete and other mineral<br \/>\nsubstrates is very good. Coatings (> 3mm) distribute point loads if there are<br \/>\nalso high mechanical requirements on the coating.<br \/>\nNeither ERADUR LM base nor hardener are poison-classified. The product has<br \/>\na medium viscosity. The application is non-dramatic and requires no special<br \/>\nequipment other than that found in ordinary epoxy work. The desired end<br \/>\nproperties are reached safely and without problems. Does not emit odors or<br \/>\nflavors and is not flammable<\/p>\n<h2>Application temperature<\/h2>\n<p>It provides safe and trouble-free curing down to about 10 \u00b0 C.<\/p>\n<h2>Pot life<\/h2>\n<p>Pot life after mixing is approximately 30 min. Hardener if LM2: 20 min.<\/p>\n<h2>Curing time<\/h2>\n<p>1 day before the application of coating or painting.<br \/>\n2 days for pedestrians and lower loading.<br \/>\n7 days for complete curing and resistance.<\/p>\n<h2>Mixing ratios<\/h2>\n<p>2,6 parts by weight of ERADUR RESISTENT LM, Comp A (14 kg)<br \/>\n1 part by weight of ERADUR RESISTENT LM, Comp B (5,4 kg)<br \/>\nERADUR is a two-component product, and an insufficient mixing will result in<br \/>\npartially incomplete curing. Mix for several minutes with a machine just before<br \/>\nthe application, make sure that all material in the bottom and rim of the<br \/>\ncontainer is properly mixed.<br \/>\nKeep the exact mixing ratio between component A and B.<br \/>\nAll materials should preferably have ambient temperature before use.<\/p>\n<h2>Safety<\/h2>\n<p>Wear safety goggles and protective clothing during mixing and application.
