(after appropriate pretreatment) It does not emit odors or flavors, is not flammable.<\/p>\n<h2>Application temperature<\/h2>\n<p>Application temp (floor temp): 10-30 \u00b0C. At low temperatures there is a risk of surface disturbance due to of reaction with moisture dissolved carbon dioxide.<\/p>\n<h2>Curing time<\/h2>\n<p>8-16 hours before the application of coating or painting.<br \/>\n(Coating is applied within 16 hours to ensure good adhesion, alt. sprinkled with sand to ensure interlayer adhesion.)<br \/>\n5-7 days for complete curing and resistance.<\/p>\n<h2>Mixing ratios<\/h2>\n<p>2 parts by weight of ERADUR EPOXILIM 21, Comp A (10 kg)<br \/>\n1 part by weight of ERADUR EPOXILIM 21, Comp B (5 kg)<br \/>\nERADUR is a two-component product, and an insufficient mixing will result in partially incomplete curing. Mix for several minutes with a machine just before the application, make sure that all material in the bottom and rim of the container is properly mixed.<br \/>\nKeep the exact mixing ratio between component A and B.<br \/>\nAll materials should preferably have ambient temperature before use.<\/p>\n<h2>Safety<\/h2>\n<p>Wear safety goggles and protective clothing during mixing and application.
