Excellent for dust binding, gives the concrete a dense, durable, chemical-resistant surface (especially against mineral acids).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Application temperature<\/h2>\n<p>Operating temperature (floor temperature): 5\u201330 \u00b0 C. High temperature results in a shortened application time but does not involve any technical disadvantage.<\/p>\n<h2>Pot life<\/h2>\n<p>Pot life after mixing approx. 50 min.<\/p>\n<h2>Curing time<\/h2>\n<p>8\u201316 hours before the application of coating or painting. 24 hours for pedestrians and lower loading. 5\u20137 days for complete curing and resistance.<\/p>\n<h2>Mixing ratios<\/h2>\n<p>2,4 parts by weight of ERADUR, Primer WS (10 kg)<br \/>\n1 part by weight ERADUR, Primer WS (4,2 kg)<br \/>\nERADUR is a two-component product, and an insufficient mixing will result in partially incomplete curing. Mix for several minutes with a machine just before the application, make sure that all material in the bottom and rim of the container is properly mixed.<br \/>\nKeep the exact mixing ratio between component A and B. All materials should preferably have ambient temperature before use.<\/p>\n<h2>Safety<\/h2>\n<p>Wear safety goggles and protective clothing during mixing and application.
